Despair in the White House
Despair
in the White House

“Anyone who cannot come to
terms with his life while he is alive needs one hand to ward off a little his
despair over his fate... but with his other hand he can note down what he sees
among the ruins.”
Franz Kafka
The Republican
blow to Donald Trump's attempt to derail “Obamacare” with his own “Trumpcare”
initiative was a major blow, and after the Republican leaders denying publicly that
México will pay for the Border Wall (thus meaning that the same North Americans
that voted for Trump will), it seems that Trump is being finally run over by
reality, it seems that Trump's populist promises are slowly reveling themselves
as pure demagoguery and exposing Trump as an inexperienced politician far from
the "deal master" that even people like millionaire Carlos Slim
thought, perhaps like a reality show celebrity, Trump's greatest fear of seeing
ratings drop is slowly but steadily becoming a reality as we are already
watching him becoming a so called "lame duck " president (the way North
American presidents turn in their last months in the White House) after only
mere sixty days of administration, yes, Trump is now a wounded beast, an
exposed conman, but this perhaps could make him as dangerous as ever, even his
migration initiatives have been banned permanently by judges in a couple of
states, and the rumors of Russian ties to people within his cabinet just keep
growing, is even shameful to watch ex Trump collaborator Michael Flynn asking
for immunity in exchange of confessing about the Russian ties of Trump´s
cabinet, so perhaps Trump's last attempts at regaining some popularity could be
desperate and even more dramatic, he will obviously run into more trouble if he
goes forward with his Border Tax Initiative, it would mean more resistance from
the southern states, the states more benefited from commerce with México, and
it could become the last lethal blow to be received by Trump's loose cannon
administration, one as desperate as Bannon giving orders to the Republican to accept
unconditionally the “Trumpcare” initiative, a totally amateurish move even for
Trump, I thought Bannon would be smarter, I was wrong, I thought Paul Ryan was
smarter, again I was wrong, Ryan was simply exhibited as someone against the well-being
of those most economically vulnerable.
But extreme
measures will surely be taken by Trump and company, the old Architects of Fear
trick could be set in motion, let's not forget that strangely Trump could
"predict" disturbs in Sweden even days before they happened, could a
false flag terrorist attack be just around the corner? A terrorist attack by
radical Muslims? Or by Bad Mexican Hombres? Fear is a very valuable tool and in
someone's desperate mind, such as Trump's it could become a reality, remember
how Bush Jr. used terrorism at his advantage using it to give impulse to his
own aggressive agenda? Remember how many terrorist attacks by lone wolves
suddenly happened after major political events in the European Union, perhaps a
falsely Isis staged attack could become Trump's lifesaver in the current storm
of public disapproval, Putin legitimized his regime after controversial
terrorist attacks supposedly faked by government agents, Trump admiration for
Putin could led to some serious copycat strategies like those, motivated by the
upcoming NAFTA negotiations, another potential disaster along the recent
deception financial markets have suffered after seeing Trump´s promises gone
with the wind.
Considering
today's friction between Trump's close allies and the Republican party's fallen
from grace speaker Paul Ryan, Trump could use Ryan or someone else as an
scapegoat to blame his administration's failure, just as it looks logical that
Putin might use Medvedev as scapegoat to appease social unrest caused by
corruption, so it looks like a matter of time that Trump will find his own
scapegoat, and today Ryan looks like the perfect one, confused, exposed and
defeated, it could be anyone in Trump's staff, a good little sacrifice to calm
the Gods' fury, even Bannon, a non-amicable character to traditional
republicans could serve, it could appease those who see Bannon as the power
behind the throne and it could help Trump to get closer to the Republican
traditional base also known as the Freedom Caucus.
The last trick
under the sleeve could be the sure shot strategy of starting a war, a war is
always good business for the USA (and its weapon industry)and a great
distraction, well-staged it could turn Trump into star again, and following
Putin's clue, Trump and friends might be looking for a place to detonate its
own Ukraine or Syria, it could be North Korea, it could be the Balkans, it
could be Yemen, the middle east all over again using a weakened ISIS as a
perfect excuse, and in the end Trump will revel himself as not to far from
Hillary and Obama's interventions campaigns in those lands, trapped in his own
quagmire just like his idol Putin.
